Prosperity Road Map

The Prosperity Road Map is the way we tell the story of how Index Universal Life Insurance provides Tax-Free, Risk-Free, Fee-Neutral retirement savings. Much like the Fortune Builder presentation, this story is important to completing the sale. There are several critical steps that must be followed to achieve the best outcome.

Case Design

At this point, you should have already submitted your request for case design – or more accurately – your request for a Prosperity Road Map (PRM). In the process, you had the chance to anticipate any possible ‘objections’ based on your fact finding with the prospect. Use these concerns to request supplemental reports which you can present along with the PRM when you meet your client.

What You’ll Receive

When our case design team returns your PRM, you’ll have several elements that will be used when you meet the client.

  1. The Prosperity Road Map Report. This is the document that tells your client’s specific story of how a Fortune Builder Wealth Plan can can provide for their retirement. This PRM report will have data collected during the fact finder and the results will be your client’s specific solutions.
  2. Supplemental Reports. Based on your requests, you’ll also receive specific supplemental reports personalized for your client. These will address any concerns not specifically covered in the PRM presentation
  3. Carrier Illustration. The PRM was created using a standard carrier illustration. That document is still important and must be signed by the client once they accept the concepts of the PRM. However, by presenting the PRM first, they will have a clear understanding of the (sometimes confusing or overwhelming) data included in the illustration.

Solutions Meeting: Presenting the PRM

Like the Fortune Builder presentation, we have specifically scripted the Prosperity Road Map to increase your success. We recommend you learn this script thoroughly and practice giving the presentation prior to meeting with a client. Like all of our scripting, we encourage you to use your own words, but stick closely to the story and key concepts. If you do, you’ll have a very high success rate.

PRM Supplemental Reports

There are times when you will encounter questions from prospects. These will generally either question conventional thinking, or seek a deeper understanding of how the Fortune Builder Wealth plan really works. For those clients, we’ve created 15 ‘Supplemental Reports’ to accompany the Prosperity Road Map. You can order any or all of the reports when you request a Prosperity Road Map. The forms will come personalized for your client.

Tip: While it might seem to be a good idea to simply request every report for the client and show them how incredible Fortune Builders and IUL really is, we strongly recommend that you NOT take the strategy. Instead, try to anticipate specific concerns based on the conversations you’ve had with the prospect. Overwhelming your prospect with reports and information that they did not request can lead to confusion, or indecision.
